3 Steps In Detail
These 3 easy steps break down the process of buying a home and make it smoother for you the home
buyer and actually all parties in the process of home buying and should be followed in order.
Pre-Approval go here
This allows you to get an idea of how much your payments
are going to be and how much of a home you can afford. There are many
factors that effect those parameters the most
important is credit score, DTI (Debt to Income) and Assets or how much money you have in the bank etc... for a down payment.
For those people that have bad credit or a high DTI then you will want to get pre-approved now but might have to
wait till your issues get cleared up before you can actually purchase a home. The key is not to be scared to try
it doesn't hurt to find out what you can get and or to fix your credit the worst thing to do is to wait. For more
info on what the loan officer might need in your closing and settlement of the loan on the new home then go to Realities of A Loan.
Location go here
Location is key I'm sure you herd in the real estate world
"Location-Location-Location" are the 3 most important things. Here we give you Maps of each State and the names of each County and City in case
you might not know the name but do know the area where you want to live. For those people who do know the name but not the Zip Code then they can enter it in our search engine to narrow the results to the Zip Code they want. This allows everyone an easy
way of finding a location and the realtor and lender that is local to that Zip Code. You can click on the Zip Code in the search field or just type it in the search box at the bottom.
Find A Realtor go here
In most realtor sites you check out they have a list of homes
that most likely have already been sold because they are not updated regularly and list 100 to 200 different regulators
in a 30 mile radius of where your looking. It's like a free for all (very chaotic), well not here. We know that
certain real estate people are more familiar with a certain area most likely were the personally live. So our real
estate teams are localized to the area that they are more knowledgeable in to better serve you the home buyer. Yes we went
the extra mile for you to make your life easier and this process of home buying a good memory and not a nightmare.
