The Main
reason we built this site is to drive prospective home buyers to you. We will give you exclusive rights to your Zip Code of choice on our site,
putting only your contact info etc.. in that Zip. We will then spend the money,
instead of you, to get the sites name out there and inform the public to come here to find the most
qualified realtors (YOU)!
We went to our local library and asked some people to view some of our competitors sites. We asked them what they didn't like about the site and what could be done to make it easier for them. Below we put the basic description of the problems that they noticed and we noticed, then what we did to fix them.

We show up-to-date homes for sale that are listed by you in your area. We contacted 30 Realtors that had listings on the internet and 30 from two magazines. We were told of 12 homes that were
available on the internet and 4 home from the magazine. We will list 4 of your current homes and as they sell you can update your list with new homes for sale. |

They list multiple homes in mini ads, just to generate revenue for the site to drive an expanding over head of people and printing that usually isn't helpful any way due to the fact that the homes are not updated or already sold by the time the listing comes out. |

We offer your information on your personal banner so the client can contact you directly and a submit form, that allows them to have the option, to send
their information which will be forwarded to the proper Zip Code. |

They will ask for the clients info or force THEM to become a member to view homes or to get your contact info. They will then use there emails to
solicit the client. BAD BUSINESS. |

Other places charge you for an area that might have up to 400 different
Realtors in that same area competing for client. That gives you a slim chance they will find you, hopefully if you lucky to be on the first page that comes up and be the top person on that page. |
